I needed to quickly level a small 225 square foot shop on my property so that I could move my business into it. The shop had sunk 14 inches at one corner. I was under a time constraint, needing to move out of a lease at another location in two weeks. Polyseal quickly evaluated the situation, gave me a quote, and went to work the following week. They were fast, professional, and did a followup visit to bring the slab up another inch after some slight settling. The 2018 earthquake caused our floor to shift down significantly, to lift it back up we used Polyseal Insulation. We had a great experience with them, they were extremely friendly from the moment we requested an estimate to completion of our project. They are quick to respond to messages and listened to our concerns. Unfortunately when our foam went in one of our water pipes shifted causing it to start leaking, when we informed Polyseal of our leak they were quick to respond and completely covered the cost to repair and replace the foam. We would recommend this company to any family member or friend.

Polyseal did a great job on this multi-story residential building in the Homer area. The four man crew was very professional and friendly. The bid was very accurate at the end of the job. Raising the 10 inch slope developed over 28 years left the structure level and well groomed with repair of the perimeter drain included. This job necessitated only removal of the majority of stuff on the ground floor and some carpet relay at the end. Tile from floor sections did not have to be removed nor did the cabinets. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing house jacking of a slab floor foundation.

We had part of our garage slab lifted several inches recently, it sank due to our 7.1 earthquake. Polyseal's team had our job completed within 2 days with no problems. We are very satisfied with the finished product. We did the excavating ourselves to save some funds.
